I hope you enjoy this blog, cos I do... I live in Perth, Western Australia although I hope to be travelling soon, a 4WD and caravan trek of a year or two around Australia until I find a place I feel like settling down again.

One of the sites will always be my anti cancer diet book, The Body Friendly Zen Cookbook, which I (natch!) thoroughly recommend. I had prostate cancer, I beat it using only this diet. It is also a good general health diet and has a few great recipes in it so do check it out. I love this song, one of my favorites. Quite sad yet touching. It kinda made a legendary artist such as Van Gogh more real and human to me.
